All performances are held in the Main Auditorium of the Quentin Road Bible Baptist Church.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through our online ticket website or by coming to the Ticket Office. Ticketing begins in early October. To request our advance mailing, please email your name, address and phone number to the Ticket Office.
Can I order tickets by phone?
Yes. 847-438-4494 to place your order using a credit card. All handicapped seating must be made directly with the Ticket Office at 847-438-4494.
Is it reserved seating?
Yes, all seats are reserved.
How should I choose a seat?
The seating chart gives ideas of the views from different places in the audience. The Main Floor is great if you want to be part of the action, the balcony has great views.
Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your ticket(s) for some reason, we suggest that you find someone to give them to or donate them back to the church. Donated tickets can be turned in at the Ticket Office.
What happens if my tickets are misplaced?
Tickets may be re-emailed, reprinted or picked up at the Ticket Office. To report your tickets lost, please contact the Ticket Office at 847-438-4494.
Is there wheelchair seating?
Yes. Wheelchair seating is available by calling the Ticket Office at 847-438-4494. Only the Main Floor can accommodate wheelchairs.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Any child that takes a seat requires a ticket. If they sit in your lap, they do not need a ticket. There is no special pricing for children.
Is there a senior discount?
There is no discount for senior citizens.
Is there nursery or childcare available for performances?
A nursery is provided for children up to 3-years-old.
Am I allowed to photograph or videotape the live performance?
No. We do not allow cameras of any kind in the Main Auditorium. The flashes from the camera, as well as the power/recording lights on video cameras are distracting and can be dangerous for the performers and live animals participating in the production. Further, music licensing requirements make recording the performance an illegal act. A DVD of previous performances is available for purchase.
